Ryan Foley ~ Private Chef & Caterer
Ryan LaFoley has been a private chef in Montana for over 5 years. A Massachusetts native, Ryan graduated from Montana State University and the New England Culinary Institute in Montpelier, Vermont. He interned at the Rusty Parrot Lodge and Spa in Jackson Hole, WY and in Northern Italy before returning to Montana to live, work, and play under the Big Sky.
Ryan continues to work as a private chef, but has added a new dimension to his business and is very happy to introduce, LaFoley Wood Fired Oven. Inspired by the idea that good food is at the heart of good times, Ryan has been constructing his idea of a wood fired oven for quite some time. His plan got even more exciting when he designed it to be mobile so that he could bring the experience to his clients in the setting of their choice.
